HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly w/ fee (maximum 2 allowed, well-trained dogs only). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Absolutely no cats due to severe homeowner allergy
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- NOTE: Fireworks are strictly prohibited in this area. Any fireworks may result in arrests
DOGGIE DON'TS:
- Dogs must be leashed as there is a NH State leash law in effect
- Dogs are not permitted on public and association beaches (fines apply)
- Because of wildlife do not leave dogs unattended outside for long periods of time
- Please keep barking to a minimum
- Please clean up after your own pets and ensure they won’t damage the space and its contents
INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- While we endeavor to maintain consistency in our game offerings, please be aware that games in the game room may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. This change may occur based on wear and tear, necessary maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding
- This property does not charge a cleaning fee
- Propane for the gas grill and extra paper products are not provided at the property. Guests must provide their own
- Information for the local transfer station (dump) is located on the fridge and welcome book
- Make sure your dog enjoys their vacation too!
- Four Your Paw’s Only has a great pet bakery, that any furry friend would be happy to visit
- Saco Bound offers a great pet-friendly canoe trip for the adventurous canine
- Enjoy a train ride on the Conway Scenic Railroad with your favorite fur baby
- Could shopping get any better? Yes, because at Settler’s Green you can bring your dog
- Should your dogs want to make friends check out Karla’s Pet Rendezvous well before your trip to make arrangements
- Please notify the Guest Contact, Sherri, prior to your arrival if you are bringing a pet, so she can notify the cleaning staff. Make sure you tell her your pet’s name so she can make it special
- The game room is a converted garage that is not temperature-controlled. As a result, it may be warmer during the summer months and cooler in the winter months. We recommend dressing accordingly for your comfort
SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras located on the front and side of the property, all facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces
PARKING:
- 6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway, please start parking in front of the garage for quick access to the main door
- There is no on-street parking
- Additional guest parking is located near the mailboxes at the entrance of Eidleweiss Village
- Please note that winter conditions exist November-April, and 4-wheel drive will be needed to get up the road leading to the house
- Additional parking is available at the bottom of the mountain, but it is suggested that guests bring at least 1 vehicle with 4-wheel drive to make it to the property easily
